• Order information — the product purchased and the amount, as confirmed by PayPal.
• Basic server logs — IP address and user agent, retained briefly for security.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Payment is handled entirely by PayPal.

3. Why we use it

• To deliver the digital files you purchased or requested.
• To send order confirmations and, if you opt in, occasional product updates.
• To handle refunds and support requests.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate: PayPal (payment processing) and our email delivery provider (order emails). We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Retention

Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing kou@kouautomation.com. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email. We respond within 30 days.

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Payment is completed on PayPal's own site, which has its own privacy policy.
