Terms of Sale

1. Seller

These terms govern purchases from Haikou Xiuying Xiaoxiansen Network Technology Studio ("Kou Automation", "we"), Haikou, Hainan, China. Contact: kou@kouautomation.com.

2. Products

We publish digital publications (research-summary card libraries) delivered as PDF and ZIP files. All products are digital; nothing is shipped.

3. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The minimum price for the Evidence Card Library is USD 19.00.
• Customers may pay more than the minimum at their discretion.
• Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Any currency conversion is performed by PayPal at its own rate.

4. Delivery

Digital files are delivered by email to the address you provide, normally within minutes of payment being confirmed. If you do not receive your files, email us and we will resend them within 1 business day.

5. Licence

Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own professional or educational purposes. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the library in whole or in substantial part.

6. Not medical advice

Our publications summarise published research. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not replace consultation with a qualified clinician.

7. Refunds

A 30-day full refund is available — see our Refund Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
