Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 September 2026 · Applies to all purchases from Kou Automation

Summary: if the product does not work as described, or you simply changed your mind, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

1. Who we are

Haikou Xiuying Xiaoxiansen Network Technology Studio ("Kou Automation"), a digital publishing business registered in Haikou, Hainan, China. Contact: kou@kouautomation.com.

2. What we sell

Digital publications delivered electronically (PDF and ZIP download). No physical goods are shipped.

3. Your 30-day refund right

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
Email kou@kouautomation.com with your PayPal transaction ID or the email address used at checkout.
We process refunds within 3 business days of the request.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayPal. PayPal returns the funds to the account used for the purchase.
The full purchase amount is refunded, including any amount above the minimum price.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory consumer right that applies to you under the law of your country of residence.

5. Chargebacks and buyer protection

All payments are processed by PayPal. Purchases made through PayPal may also be covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. If you cannot reach us, you may open a dispute directly in PayPal. We ask that you contact us first — it is faster.
